The hotel was amazing it had very nice staff and the rooms were very clean and tidy with a decent view from the window :) the room service was amazing the bed was very comfy and relaxing 10/10

The room is very small. Poor hygiene is the key. After washing my hands, I wiped my hands with a towel and a long golden hair came out. I was really upset. I will never stay here again. The front desk staff was nice. They even prepared small gifts during Easter. Parking is relatively convenient. You can pay directly at the front desk. It costs 18 pounds a day.

The location is quite remote, there are basically no restaurants or shopping nearby, the soundproofing in the room is very poor, you can only wear earplugs to sleep, the noise from the next door and upstairs is really not soundproof at all. This is the worst hotel I stayed in in London for a week, the price is expensive, and it does not meet the standards of Holiday Inn

Overall very good. The transportation is also very convenient. It takes half an hour to get to central London by subway. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby! I like to sit in the hotel and bask in the sun.

Great hotel with a good location between the airport and the city center. Tube (North Acton stop) just a five minute walk away. We had an executive room for four and it was very large with a very comfortable bed. Our children were also very happy with the pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom was a bit small but that doesn't play a big role on a city trip. Supermarkets in the surrounding area (3-4 minutes). It takes about 20 minutes to get to Heathrow by train. To Oxford Circus also around 20 minutes.
The breakfast was delicious and absolutely sufficient. There were several warm dishes, toast, waffles, cereal, sausage, cheese, croissants, muffins, pudding rolls, various coffee and tea specialties as well as water and juices. You get full and are then strengthened for sightseeing. The hotel is on a busy road but that didn't bother us as we were tired in the evening and fell straight into bed.
We would book the hotel again at any time as the price-performance ratio was absolutely top.
