Travelodge London Kew Bridge Hotel

Overall our stay was fine. Staff were friendly and well priced parking. Ideal location - good transport connections and had a very enjoyable meal at the Black Dog pub. Negatives were poor soundproofing and how hot it was (we visited in mid May when it was only 15 degrees outside and the room was roasting). Bathroom was also very tight and the door kept jamming into the toilet seat. It was good value for money but would probably look to stay in the premier inn in future.

We stayed at the Travel Lodge in Kew and were made to feel welcome the minute we arrived. Our rooms were clean and tidy, everything worked. Our supper was hot and very tasty, great staff. Breakfast was wonderful and the ladies serving us were efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and the parking secure.

A lovely welcome and nice quiet room. Very clean with spare pillows available. We used the local tube into the city which was very convenient. When we used up the tea and coffee more were offered straight away . We would definitely use this Travelodge again

Everyone of the hotel's staff that I had dealings with (reception and Bar Café) were friendly, helpful and efficient. And the room was comfortable and clean. It was a great hotel; handy and convenient for visiting Kew Gardens.

Had a really great experience, couple of small problems with the booking but Muhammad sorted them all out made for a great stay.

Everything was good from the standard of the room, other facilities and staff. Muhammad at reception was particularly kind and helpful. Good location too.

I stayed here recently and had been having quite a long and stressful day, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but Hafsa and Marie completely changed that for me. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference to how I felt. They handled everything so professionally and made check-in smooth and easy. Their attitude really lifted my mood and made me feel comfortable straight away. It’s rare to come across staff who are not only efficient but also genuinely caring. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the overall experience. Everything was exactly how it should be, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping standards high. Hafsa and Marie are a real credit to the hotel and truly deserve recognition for the way they treat guests. Because of them, what started as a difficult day turned into a really positive stay. I had a really disappointing stay here and wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, a parcel of mine was stolen from the lobby. I had clear evidence that it had been left with reception, yet no one was willing to properly investigate or help resolve the situation, which was incredibly frustrating. The room itself was not up to standard. It felt quite tatty and wasn’t particularly clean, and it was uncomfortably hot throughout the stay. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Basic amenities were poor too. The WiFi was very slow and only allowed one device to connect at a time, which is not practical. On top of that, the electrical outlets in the room were so weak that charging phones was a struggle. Overall, a very disappointing experience with multiple issues and a lack of support from staff. I wouldn’t stay here again.
