Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

The aparhotel is situated in a quiet area in Brentford, west London which is about an hour from central London by public transport. Although it does provide your everyday kitchen appliances, they weren’t pretty clean. There was a need for a change of bed sheets which had permanent stains. A change of sheets was required but housekeeping were gone for the day. This was not late night.. it was around 4 p.m. and no housekeeping service was available. The pots/pans available were pretty beat up and excessively used with plenty of burn stains. Needless to say, I did not use them for food preparation. Walls fairly stained and cracks all over. Went downstairs to check out the breakfast and was given all kinds of stares/looks from the employees. Unfortunately, they thought that I was there trying to steal food and was accused of it because they had someone off the street who would walk in and eat their breakfast for free and was not a customer who stayed at that the hotel. It was embarrassing and very awkward and I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Mind you this was the 2nd day of my stay that this happened. If you were to give me another opportunity, I would not stay at this location. But that’s just me .

It was okay although I wish I wasnt in the disabled room and wish I was on the higher level instead of being on the first floor where I had a noisy neighbour and, also I couldn’t see much of the outside from the room I was in. I liked the balcony it was nice and I liked the oven I enjoyed my home cooked meals. The bed was comfortable as usual. Am always happy at the apartment.

It was a very nice experience and the staff were so helpful. I would recommend using a mastercard to get the deposit back quicker . I used monzo and received back the deposit a couple hours after i checked out.

No regular house keeping, no amenities refill . Manager and 1 receptionist are helpful and maintenance too.

Good hotel with kitchen facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable especially for long stay. A short bus raise to Ealing broadway providing convenience to Shopping and also travel to central London

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.
