This hotel was clean and the front desk handled our issues promptly, The only problem we had was the room behind us had the television up so loud that we called all 4 nights about it and the security made them turn it down, that only lasted a hour or so the right back to blasting

My room a/c did not work. There were burn holes on the carpet floor and on the window curtains. The smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall. Very disappointed.

Hotel was good. Atmosphere was nice. The guy at reception was very inattentive and less responsive. When entered in room, room was nice and clean, no complaint. But TV remote was missing. Tried to call reception but room phone had no information on it where to call. And worst part, room had no water supply. After complaining 3 times in morning we had to leave hotel without shower. Staff did not do anything to provide us hot water.

Jordan at the front desk was amazing He was so helpful, patient, so kind to me and my daughter We both can’t thank him enough He just outstanding and just so kind We will always remember him for that I thank him for being so good to us Everyone working in this hotel should emulate his work ethic and his kindness to others MC and AC

Do not stay here. We had to stay here for a dance competition. The hotel was absolutely filthy. From the lobby to the bathrooms to the rooms. The ceilings were leaking in all common areas. There was nowhere in the hotel to buy food or drinks. The ‘cafe’ was closed and all the vending machines were sold out. I had multiple rooms reserved and all of the TVs were broken.
