Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites

The hotel overall was a great experience! The front desk staff was awesome to work with and offered any help when needed! I would give the cleanliness of the hotel 7/10. The room looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool along with the hot tub.

Pros: Clean and comfortable for a family. We booked a king suite with pullout for our family and it was plenty of space. Our room was in the atrium right across from an elevator and we never once had issue with noise. Breakfast was good. Cons: can we talk about parking charges in a suburban area? I mean this is not a downtown hotel where space is at a premium and charging for parking would be expected. But charging $12/night for parking when the hotel has so much parking and outdoor space and it 20min from downtown feels like gauging. Not necessary and probably enough for me to find another hotel amongst the many in the area that is just as good but does not charge for parking.

We were recently displaced from our home due to damage sustained in an ice storm. We stayed at this hotel for 2 months, and it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant Bur Bun was tasty, and the helpful bartenders (both during the week and on the weekends) were fantastic. There were 6 of us in two rooms but there was plenty of room, and the common areas were great when the kids needed more space for homework. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to stay!

Excellent location, clean, beautiful and spacious rooms and the most professional front desk staff I've ever encountered begin to describe the Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites. The hotel is located just off I-65--very easy access to local restaurants and shopping. The area is lovely, pretty and just very nice! The hotel itself has an amazing open area with a restaurant, bar and lots of seating. Housekeeping is SPOT ON. Our rooms were immaculately clean! Each suite has a frig and microwave. There is also a wet bar area with a mirror. The televisons are LG--very modern being able to stream. LOVE this hotel!

This was my second visit to the property, and it did not disappoint. I did online check-in and used my phone as my key… so I had zero face-to-face contact with staff members. I did, however, receive a “welcome” text message from the front desk and communicated with the staff. There were three of us traveling, and we chose the suite with two beds and a pullout couch in the living room. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very large and gave choice between a bathtub or a walk-in shower. We did not select the Wright that included breakfast, so we decided to skip it. Parking was free. One note: Delivery people cannot bring orders to guest rooms. They have to meet hotel guests in the lobby. It was a good experience for a one night stay in the area for a medical appointment at Vanderbilt.

Check in was quick and easy, room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Our stay was short, but the time we were there was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I hadn't heard of a "Hilton Suites" so I wasn't sure if I was going to get Hilton or Embassy Suites service. I would files this under neither, similar to a Doubletree. The facility is a little worn, but comfortable, clean and well maintained. Ample parking. Only a short drive down the interstate to Nashville proper. I will save this as one of my go-to's when I'm in the area.

Hilton suites bailed us and many others out after the ice storm in Nashville. We are still without power and the hotel could not be more accommodating, kind, and helpful. If this is the level of service they give when they are shortstaffed, I can’t imagine how wonderful it is during a normal stay.

They charge for everything additional for everything, toilet flushed slow, bathtub didn't drain properly so bathtub would flood while showering. My checkout time through ********** was 12pm but they came banging on our door atb11am saying we needed to check out
