Pros - Nice, safe area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Decently priced. Cons- Rooms in dire need of overhaul and updating. Bed was coming off the frame. Terrible pillows. Cover on bottom part of the dishwasher was missing and area there was dusty and dirty. Exposed nails on various walls. Coffee pot missing pieces and outlets on counter did not work. Have stayed here twice and will likely not stay again unless room conditions improve.

Bad. Hotel advertisement and pictures misleading . Hotel is in poor condition . Toilet was running, room door stuck. Bed coming off platform. Elevator last inspected in September 2023. Carpets dirty, bed skirt threadbare. No breakfast or coffee downstairs. No lobby. Just check in window .

This is our first time staying at a Sonesta property. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome during our check-in! We loved that the room had a small kitchenette for cooking. There was shopping and dining within a half mile.
The only thing we notice was some of the furniture was old and rusty. The side doors to the building had tape on the latches, so anyone not staying there could walk into the building.

DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN. This location is in a safe business area. However, it’s filthy and not maintained at an acceptable cleanliness. We ****** it up for 4 nights due to the convenience of location and price, but definitely will NOT be staying here again when we visit family. For only $30 more per night, we could have stayed at a much cleaner place like Hampton Inn. This place is just one step about a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, but not by much. I took videos & photos and am happy to share.

We had a wonderful experience, especially since we were able to bring our dog with us! The rooms were nice as well! We were greeted at the front desk by Doyle and he was absolutely AMAZING! So very nice and inviting. We plan to come back for sure!

I kept having key card problems with the room. Staff was helpful and graciously moved me to another room, which also had key card problems. Everything else was fine.

Christopher and the staff are amazing and have being very helpful during our extended stay here. We appreciate how attentive and accommodating they have been. The rooms are clean , furnished with what you need roomy and relaxing, beds are comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Several staff have been staying here for business since May 2023 for multiple weeks at a time. Darren S. and staff are professional and caring. If anything is a concern, they provide solutions. The are kind and friendly and its a great rate! Its older but clean and the staff is why we return each time. Darren S. and staff have always been great!
