As someone who spends hundreds of nights a year with Marriott brands, I come to expect certain amenities and benefits. My stay at this location was not as good as it could have been simply due to their poor follow up on a $10 breakfast voucher. I was not offered one as an Ambassador Elite and even when I inquired about it, the front desk said they needed permission. After getting permission and walking me over to their bistro, I still had $10 show up on my folio the next day. When I called, the person who answered said they remembered me and said to give them a minute to clear things up, put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back and asked for a manager to call me back. I never received a call back. $10 is not a big deal, but ignoring me is. I will never be back to this location.
