We were in Nashville for a graduation from a local university and the staff was very friendly and would joke with us because she graduated from its rival university! All in fun! Great smiles! Definitely would stay again!

As someone who spends hundreds of nights a year with Marriott brands, I come to expect certain amenities and benefits. My stay at this location was not as good as it could have been simply due to their poor follow up on a $10 breakfast voucher. I was not offered one as an Ambassador Elite and even when I inquired about it, the front desk said they needed permission. After getting permission and walking me over to their bistro, I still had $10 show up on my folio the next day. When I called, the person who answered said they remembered me and said to give them a minute to clear things up, put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back and asked for a manager to call me back. I never received a call back. $10 is not a big deal, but ignoring me is. I will never be back to this location.

This was a perfect landing stop for us. Not far from BNA and where we were visiting the next day. The staff was courteous and helpful. We walked across the street to Chuy’s for fun Mexican dinner. The only complaint is the constant blinking green light of smoke detector (or some other detector) above the bed. A little obnoxious when you are trying to sleep.

While hotel is a little dated it is very clean and staff is so friendly! Maid service did a great job leaving fresh towels each day and making our beds. While not a free breakfast, the Starbucks is very good with items not found in regular Starbucks. The food was hot and coffee delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the Brentwood area!

Only a one night stay while on the road, but I noticed: friendly service at the front desk, clean room, good bed, big pillows, good towels and very good shower. It would have been better: if there was a second chair so we both could sit if the bottles in the shower would have a large lettered sticker to indicate shampoo, conditioner and body soap so that a person in the shower without their glasses could read them

The hotel itself was good. Quiet, clean. I have no complains. But the community of Brentwood as a whole shuts down early. Everything, including gas stations and McDonalds close SUPER EARLY. It was twilight zone creepy how a town so close to a power house like Nashville basically boards up it’s windows and all the people disappear so early.

We stated here with family members from several states and they were able to accommodate all of us easily. The hotel was modern, clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. It was nice having a mini bistro and bar right next to the lobby where we could all meet and fellowship as a family.
