Nice clean place to stay with a convenient location and better prices than in Nashville.
Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Coffee is good and breakfast is fine.

For the price it was ok. The room could have been cleaner. It had a faint smell of smoke. The shower head was weird, the tub didnt drain properly and the bathroom needed mopped. The beds were uncomfortable but not terrible. The lighting in the room could have been better as well. I really needed to iron my sons suite, but the iron was dirty.
While these seem like a lot of complaints, they werent extreme cases. Just little things to note. The price was good and the breakfast was excellent so that made it better.
Staff were ok. Not overly friendsly or helpful, but not mean or rude either.

Everything was good, my only complaint was the beds. Very small not sure it was what’s advertised and very hard. Not a good sleep.

Had to change rooms because the sink faucet didn't work. Fridg in the second room didn't work. Opened the door and it stunk. Had to change it out. Hair on the bathroom floor. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible. The staff was friendly and receptive to our complaints.

did not go. R trip was canceled. I called the hotel to tell them and the man who answered the phone was rude and very disrespectful when i called to say we would not be coming. All he could say was you will not get a refund over and over. I tried to tell him I was not calling for a refund, that I was trying to be courteous and let them know I was not coming and that way they could rent the room again as it was spring break.
