I’ve stayed in some questionable hotels in my day but none compared to Brentwood studio plus. No trash can, no working shower, and smelled awful. Highly recommend staying as far away as possible. Almost forgot about the bugs in the bed and around the room

The room was large and quiet and clean. The eyes on the stove were a bit worn out but other than that everything was great .

Nice place, check-in took 30 mins because it’s an extended stay facility so they needed identification and information from all 6 people in our party. Took forever to get entered into the computer. We were only staying one night.

I like this location. But the light bulbs are dim, the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor and floods water onto the bathroom floor.

We came here from out of state. My child had outpatient surgery at Vanderbilt, and I booked this room for us to rest before the long trip home. I tried to check in at around 1pm. I hadn't pre-arranged early check in, so nothing was available. My fault! Staff was very nice. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. I was afraid the room would smell the same. We were sweetly surprised by the generous size of the room, as well as the decor. Everything was clean and neat as could be. The A/C was great and the beds were very comfortable. The advertised grab-and-go breakfast was ridiculous though. There was a coffee/tea setup, a box of granola bars, and some packets of instant oatmeal. That was a really poor offering LOL. But, we'd payed for a stay with breakfast, so we took two granola bars and a cup of pretty ok hot tea. Would recommend this place. I slept like a rock!

Very friendly staff and had an easy check in process. I am not familiar with the area so the front desk assisted me with finding somewhere close for dinner. Close to downtown which is nice. Overall it was a good experience, I will stay here again.

They staff were not nice. They won't let me check in a little early to change my clothes to attend a wedding that i came for. The didn't have a public bathroom either.. cpmplimentary breakfast was terrible and room looks like motel 6. Bad pls to be.
