Good location, max 15 minutes stroll from the station and maybe ten minutes to the city centre. A modern new building. The room had a high ceiling and a big window. The room has a safe and a fridge. WiFi is excellent. The bed is comfortable. But…. The shower needs to be replaced or redone. The grout at the base looks filthy. The door frame seems to be rusting. The room got very warm in the middle of the night. The heat wasn’t on. I woke sweating. Soundproofing to the street is non-existent. Surprising for a new build. Looking at the floor plan, there are only about 10 rooms, in total, which do not face the street. Lots of shouting on Friday around 01:30 kept me awake for about an hour. But there wasn’t a sound on Saturday night. When we were going out on Saturday morning, I asked for an extra pillow. A note was taken and a promise was made. I wasn’t hopeful as the receptionist barely lifted her head from her phone. On my return at 16:00 - no pillow. Though the receptionist on duty at the time sorted it immediately. After we checked out at 10:00 on Sunday, we left our bags. When we came back to pick them up at around 15:00, they were out in full view at reception. The reception desk was unattended at the time and the front door was open. We will not stay here again.
