From the front desk team to the shuttle drivers, the team here is superb. When our 2 year old got sick in the middle of the night, Olivia went above and beyond, sourcing a thermometer at 3am and had it delivered to our room! Just wow. Leah came in shortly after, made us some coffee and was extremely kind and made us feel comforted. When we had a challenge with something, the manager Parker called us directly, making himself available in a very genuine human way. We were so taken aback by the amazing service. As frequent travelers, we have stayed in our fair share of locations, some of them very high end, but the service at any of these places pales in comparison to the trea**ent and care we received from the staff at Bretton Arms. Thank you so very much. We will absolutely be back be for years to come as a result of these wonderful people.
