Where do I start !! Absolutely amazing food and staff , been coming here on/off over 30 years seen it change hands a few times over the years. But tonight the food was amazing no other words . Staff lovely. The restaurant was full and it deserved to be. I highly recommend here . Thank you to you all the staff.

Déçue hôtel défraîchi qui ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Je déconseille pour le prix. Sceau au milieu du couloir pour récupérer l'eau de pluie, moquette passée, douche qui ne fonctionne pas, salle de bain pas faite et serviettes trempées pas changées. Pas de borne de recharge voiture électrique mais une prise domestique. Par contre le personnel est charmant et souriant. Mais très déçue.

expérience inoubliable pour ceux qui veulent connaitre la vie de château. idéalement situé et personnel accueillant. l'établissement mérite le détour, d'autant que la région est belle, notamment les plages entre Portbail et la hague.

We had read various positive and negative comments on the Chateau de Bricquebec, and found a very nice hotel: exceptional environment, helping staff and beautiful bedroom.

Le lieu est top : situé dans le château médiéval, au calme, au centre du village, proche des commerces et restaurants, à 30mn max en voiture des sites du Nord Cotentin, donc très pratique.
Les chambres sont modernes. La 13 est très grande, au calme, très moderne.
Le système d'ouverture de la barrière pour rentrer dans le parking est peut-être à revoir avec un système de badge car cela ne fonctionne pas toujours.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Bonne impression à l'arrivée. Accueil chaleureux. Les photos des chambres sur le site de l'hôtel font envie d'y aller. Mais la chambre 13.... celle que l'on nous a attribué, n'avait pas le charme des photos ! Cette chambre donnée pour "Chambre double supérieur" n'était supérieur que par sa position sous les combles, avec un accès par un escalier très pentu, étroit et dangereux. La chambre spacieuse et propre était un peu austère. De plus, pas de bureau, ni penderie. Salle de bain propre et spacieuse. Cette chambre est donnée pour les réservations à *********. Elle ne vaut pas les ***, mais seulement ** maximum.

On en attend un peu plus d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de services (bar ou restauration) petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne, chambres « à l’ancienne » avec de la moquette au sol.
