A disaster from my arrival to my departure.
My room was next to that of, I suppose, an employee (private door), loud music in the afternoon and I had the joy of being woken up in the middle of the night by a small impromptu party. Service in the restaurant more than average for the standard offered. We feel a great disorganization of the teams, a lack of training and professionalism on all points.
Dust webs in the room and no heating I had to turn it on high to get an ounce of heat in the room after several hours. Environment in which I did not feel comfortable.
Finally, after my departure, I received a call from the establishment informing me that I had not paid for my surprising evening meal since it was indeed paid for. I also requested an invoice which took a good quarter of an hour to arrive because the staff did not know how to do it... at the price of the service it is very disappointing and next time I will avoid this establishment

We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. Will be returning again in march 2024.

Good location but hotel to be completely redone to comply with what is stated. Unbearable heat in the room. Feeling that there is no will to upgrade it. It's incomprehensible for a Mercury.

Hotel without much maintenance. The rooms with the completely moldy placo. Mold in the shower. Very shabby, broken radiators throughout the hotel holding on wooden battens. A spa or jacuzzi is condemned, in the swimming pool the jet is broken, the sauna door does not close. A view of part of the hotel with the closed outdoor swimming pool, no security around it even though it is not blocked. Gate open to the swimming pool. Very disappointed with this mercury.

Three-night stay as a couple in the Junior Privilege Balcony Suite with a magnificent mountain view. Spacious suite, very clean and pleasant and very well equipped. Staff attentive, helpful and friendly with a smile. Convenient elevator because it goes directly to the vehicle parking area in the basement. The first floor of the hotel has access to the thermal baths. Excellent full breakfast. We recommend this hotel and we will return with pleasure.
