Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bridgeport - Clarksburg

Front desk manager was wonderful. Rooms could have been cleaner and things were definitely worn down which is forgivable if it would have been kept cleaner.

Really friendly staff. Answered all my questions . The place is mostly clean - I jd a two bed room and one. We sheets weren’t changed On one bed but thankfully other bed clean. The walls, floors old, Stained. Minimal room amenities . Again the room was clean mostly… bathroom was clean I was thankful. The breakfast was pretty good it was fresh. The kitchen server was extremely polite and courteous. She was wonderful. The desk staff evening was really helpful made a map copy for me and the manager gave me a discount I wasn’t aware of…. No elevator… as I’m disabled made it hard - Overall nice experience and all I really needed was sleep! So good. There is a gum next Door and that is pretty nice if I had time but I didn’t. But I understand gym is high quality . The pool is rather ucky but people were swimming so??? Good base hotel to sleep… location is ok. Fast on interstate Glad Prices are affordable

Dirty bugs noise nonstop went to check out at midnight couldn’t take it anymore and while trying to check out **** in lobby trying to pick fight and heckle because he was friends with desk clerk nothing was said to him about his behavior on property

Great place

This was a horrible experience it was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. Never received room service the whole stay. No roller paper had to ask for some the shower was dirty and clogged. There was blood on the hallway stairs and on the carpet. The outside door all you had to do was pull it and it open not safe at all. The worst place to stay ever. I feel like I need at tetanus shot after staying here. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Our group booked here based on the reasonable pricing for the area and the Wyndham name. We checked in, distributed keys and headed for the rooms. One person opened the door to a foul smelling room and black stuff around the bathroom area. Another pulled back the sheets to find hair in the bed. In my room, as I began to disinfect the bathroom surfaces, my roommate hollered out for me to come look at the bugs on his pillow(no - they weren’t bedbugs, but does that matter?). Needless to say, within 90 seconds the group strongly agreed that this was a no-go, and headed for the door. In my opinion it’s just a culture of management and staff here that either doesn’t understand or doesn’t care about Western standards of health and sanitation. I would also say despite the brand on the hotel, we had certain expectations associated with the Wyndham name which considering this experience, will force us to look for other brands that monitor independent properties to assure basic standards which most travelers expect…..

The noise from other people staying there was bothersome. However, we enjoy the king bed and delicious breakfasts!!

I’m pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom and above the window in the sleeping area

Hotel was clean the room looked like it had water damage but over all clean
