I booked through trip.com and their card was declined so the facility had no choice but to charge my personal debit card. I paid twice for a mediocre room. The hotel had a charity event going until after 11 pm, so there was loud live music directly outside of our window. However, We did see a beautiful sunset from the window.

The Hotel was very clean. The service was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had messed up the day of our check-in. They were very nice and helped us to get a room very late in the night. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel does not come anything close to a 4 star rating it is more like a 2 star. Were not sure who did good reviews on this hotel, but this needs to seriously looked into making it more of a lower grade hotel. The outside of the building looked very new but the inside the bedrooms told a different story.
Old banged up furniture, busted lamp shade, the internet disnt work, the cable wasnt working, both sides of the washroom door were filthy, the carpet was poorly laid didnt even meet the walls in some areas.
We are not fussy ppl when it comes to staying in hotels. We thought we were getting a nice hotel for the money we paid....WRONG
We will NEVER stay in the Wydham hotels again.

I have stayed a total of three times on three different occasions for business. All the other hotels in the area were booked. I will not stay at this hotel anymore even if it is 20.00 bucks a night or free. No wifi, staff is terrible, bathroom toilets have issues, and its taking me three weeks to get a copy of an email receipt to turn into my company.

My husband and I purchased a voucher for a one night stay through half off deals. We went to make a reservation today, and was told they aren't honoring these vouchers. We are out $$$, and the owners do not want to do anything to make it right. I would never recommend booking a stay or anything else. If they are doing bad business to us, they will do the same to you.
