Highly recommended, we always choose this hotel as it is at the best location on the island. We enjoyed our stay.

The Hilton Barbados is in a great location with Pebbles Beach steps away and Cuzz’s Fish Stand for the best fish cutter on the island. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during the busiest time of the year, Crop Over. The infinity was nice and not crowded. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book there again for future trips to Barbados.

Staff is very friendly! Awesome drivers one named Michael took us arou Food was very good. Beds were hard. Hot tub was not working. Had a sign in front said it was closed.

My husband and I are just finishing our ten night stay and so many pros to mention, especially since our last visit four yrs ago. This is our 7th time visiting this hotel for 10 - 14 day stays. Pros: 1) Check in was fast and now you can check-in, in advance which makes it faster when you arrive. Adrian at the Reception desk was a man of his word and was able to accommodate us the next day when we wanted to change rooms (the adjoining rooms are noisy if you aren’t taking both rooms). Despite the hotel being busy he was able to find us another room which was much appreciated. There was also a rum punch stand set up for arriving guests which was nice and set the tone for our stay. 2). The food is sooo much better than it was yrs ago. The beach grill has improved 100% with more fish options and an excellent club sandwich. The quality is far better than it was previously, and the poke bowl was delicious! The burger is huge and was also a hit! The service has also been really good and the staff have been friendly. The pina coladas are so good far better than they used to be…previously they were made from those pre-made slushy machines and not nearly as good. At The Terrace Restaurant the food has also improved drastically and the service as well. Excellent pumpkin risotto and yummy gnocchi! The service is so much better than it was and we were really pleased with our dinners. At the cafe in the lobby they now have really good premade salads to go (several varieties) all delicious and not at crazy prices. Try the cookies too, they are homemade and really good! They also make fancy coffees and smoothies and the staff were all friendly. It is worth noting that we chose to eat at the hotel most of the time since the quality of the food is so much better, whereas in previous years we would eat off the property. 2) The beach never disappoints and there are plenty of beach chairs for everyone and now they leave the beach umbrellas out permanently so you don’t have to wait for the beach attendant. Beach towels are also always available and after many years they replaced all the towels with new ones. Alijah and Shiver, and all the towel/beach/pool staff were kind and always helpful. I was told they will also be replacing the beach chairs and umbrellas soon as well. I spoke with the gentleman who rakes the beach and he deserves a raise since he takes it upon himself to clean up all the sea**** that washes on the shore even though it’s not his job (the city is responsible). But I saw him rake it up and take it away in large bags. Give this man a bonus for going above and beyond his responsibilities. The beach, and ocean were clean and lots of waves! 3) Cleaning staff and rooms are also much better. Our room was always cleaned in the morning and the staff are always friendly and smiling, despite long days of cleaning the messes that many leave behind. There seems to be more staff cleaning the rooms so no more waiting til late after

First I would like to say that my baby Vaneka had the best birthday stay of all time!! The facility was clean and the property location was perfect!! A big shout out to Mike our taxi driver who serves also as the staff driver for your great service and hospitality!!! My dude!! Also I would like to thank Cheryl L for her professionalism and courtesy in taking care of our room!! The little things matter and we appreciate you rm 225 Bryant and Vaneka! Please recognize her!!!! All in all I give you guys a 5star rating! We will be back!

The quality of our hotel room and the staff made this hotel stay shine. Room/Check-in — We arrived an hour before check in and were immediately upgraded and checked-in to a premium king with an ocean view with very high ceilings on the hotel’s top floor. It had gorgeous views of the surf and beach below. The staff delivered us a fruit plate as we were celebrating the arrival of our first child. It was so kind! Staff — We found the staff delightful and helpful including Rodney at the concierge desk, the staff at the water’s edge bar, and most of the staff at the Lighthouse breakfast buffet (I say most because there is a lady who makes the omelets named Chrystal who likes to speak poorly of hotel guests because she doesn’t think that they can understand her thick bajan accent— but I could and didn’t appreciate the things she was saying about me and other guests). The room and the staff are the highlights. There are some areas of the hotel that leave room for improvement. Food — When we were there in April of 2024, The Grill restaurant was closed leaving The Lighthouse as only real dining option. The hot breakfast selection wasn’t the best. The omelet bar was the best thing there. They also serve dinner but it is very poor in quality. We went once and wholly regretted it. Many of the menu items arrived and didn’t hold true to their descriptions. We found options off the property that were less expensive and much better in quality, but it is a hassle to leave the hotel for every meal. We also used a food delivery service called Hopscotch to deliver food to the hotel because the options on property were poor. The best food was the happy hour at the Water’s Edge, between 5-6pm make sure to get an order of the fishcakes. It was the best food we had on the property. Housekeeping — The housekeepers work hard and our room was spotless after we received service each day, but it sometimes took a very long time to get service. It was also clear that there was some sort of disconnect in terms of the picking up of dishes/room service items. Sometimes dishes would sit outside rooms for 24 hours before being picked up. Beach/Pool — The surf is a little choppy out by the hotel beach, we found the beach bars on Carlisle bay to have much calmer waters. But we did spend a day by the hotel beach and enjoyed ourselves. The pools are okay. There is a kiddie pool but many of the children staying at the hotel still play in the main pools throwing their toys and splashing. The pool is spotless in the morning but by days end there are many cups and stuff around the pools edge and some end up in the water which gave me “the ick.” There needs to be more consistent cleaning of the pool and clean up around the pool throughout the day. SPA — The staff was nice but I got a prenatal masssge and they never touched my lower back though that was my main problem area. I wouldn’t visit the spa again. Disappointing in so many ways. Very tatty and worn in every way. Breakfast was poor. The teens went once then never again. We got coffee and pastries in the coffee shop which was good but expensive. The rum bar is pleasant Pool bar slow with very average food. Whilst house keeping do an excellent job - you can only do so much with such a worn and tired building. Pool staff arrange games and kite flying with people on the beach. Spa staff are fantastic. For the amount we paid it was one of our biggest holiday disappointments. Fabulous location
