Coconut Court Beach Hotel

Hotel service is fantastic and the view from the spacious balcony is heavenly. Walking distance to Blush Cafe, a surfing school and Broadwalk, Barbados Fertility Center. You can take ZR to get to Oistins and Bridgetown. The room is very big but the desk is too high for us. If would be great if there is more kitchen amenity.

The workers were overall rude. Acted very different as soon as money was tipped. No manners and very arrogant. It was SUPER costly for the service we were receiving. They charged you FOR EVERYTHING. That includes trying to charge you for BEACH TOWELS to change them for new ones. You have to pay to attend the activities.. imagine that. No it was not cheap. This is 3 star hotel, charging you everything you can possibly image. Do not come here, find somewhere better to stay.

Great location & beach and the room was huge. The balcony was a favourite spot for our morning coffee & breakfast. Only disappointment was the restaurant connected to the hotel, Jakes (across the street), expensive for very mediocre food. Overall a great vacation.

The accommodation at this hotel was very nice, the rooms are a good standard and they were well maintained. The hotel food was disappointing as the menus were very limited. The breakfast menu did not have any non pork options, so one had to have eggs and beans every day. The toast, well fir some reason it was only toasted on one side. The lunch menu, again limited and rather frustrating when you order something and when served it is not as described on the menu. Fried chicken burger with jalapeños, but u get served a grill piece of chicken and no jalapeños !!! The waiting staff did not inform me they couldn't do fried chicken or that they had no jalapeños. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and asked for no bacon, twice I had to return the order as they had added bacon. But the worst part of the stay was the rudeness of a manager, Carlisle. She was rude, dismissive and when I asked her a question she didn't even have the courtesy to look at me, she just said no and walked off. Staff like that, I would not return.

Lots of steps for those who have any mobility issues. The pool deck is the lowest level but you still have steps down to the beach and a bit of a view. Sixteen steps per floor for a four story building not including the pool deck. We stayed on the floor above the pool deck and had a great view with a fair sized balcony. The pool is a good size but take NOTE there is not a kids pool. This month has had a lot of toddlers and diapered babies in the pool and all their floating toys. This month also had a lot of Sargassum on the beach and a Sahara Dust Wind so we couldn’t escape the screaming children at the pool because of the beach issues and stayed at the pool during the day. The hotel does keep the beach clean but cannot keep the sargassum under control. Mother Nature dictates. The hotel does have security presence on site. The Hotel staff are excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms are large with a microwave kettle, toaster & a proper sized sink & fridge. A very good cost saving in meals as food is extremely expensive in Barbados. The bathrooms have a large easy step in shower. Lots of hot water and water pressure. They have a wash line in the shower to hang clothing items on. No other washing facilities but for sending items out at a big cost for cleaning. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are attended to every day. The two restaurants on site serve good food. The owners of this hotel are family owned and the pride in their business is evident in the service provided.

Great hotel, staff, beach and surf!!! Great sunsets too!

Safety and security are a priority for us when travelling. This hotel has a top notch professional friendly team that ensures your comfort and relaxation while at the beach. You can enjoy sunny or shady spots all hours of the day by protected normally calm water. Rooms are comfortable clean and have beautiful views of the ocean. Restaurants offer variety of choices for all meals. Live entertainment most evenings. South coast location convenient to many activities. We return as often as we can.

Absolute gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. We had an oceanfront room and wow the view each morning was definitely a good start to the day. Beach is beautiful. Bus outside to get around. Staff here are lovely. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. My only suggestion is we could have done with a mini hob to cook eggs in the morning. We would love to return.
