Pool by the ocean as well as two other pools. Was well kept.Buffet Breakfast was the same foods every day. Could easily have had done variety and more interesting tropical fruit other than pineapple and melon. Would be useful to have some showers when you come off the beach. In welcome cocktail party could have told of things like craft shows in town and other interesting things to do away from the property.

There should have been at least a bottle of water in the room. The check process was extremely slow - took half an hour.
Don't like the birds in the dining area.
Otherwise a good stay.

Had no idea it was a timeshare but the kitchen was handy for light lunches. Huge place but secure with private great beach. Staff were tip top on customer service for helping us with flights etc.
Two days out, I checked my cc to see that we had been double-booked, one at our ******* price and the second much higher plus $445 I have no idea as we paid levies on check out. I asked for a complete invoice which we get everywhere but only got the fees for $135. The most irritating thing is when we arrived early I had booked a mani-pedi at their onsite salon "Glamourous Beauty" leaving our luggage in storage for 4pm check-in. I paid the salon $125US $15 tip(2x price at home) in cash. She never said hotel policy is they take the $ from our cc on file-- nor did anyone at the front desk say so. ******* was excellent to contact and try to resolve, but so far only commi**ent is to double billing. I also wrote on their website chat. I am hopeful they will refund as..up to this point...their service was good. But they are a big organization with many sites so watch your Billings.

As a member of interval we have gone to a number of timeshare properties and this one turned out to be an amazing 3weeks Upon arrival we were treated great by front desk and got a pool view one bedroom. At first view the accommodations were not to the standards we have been used to. While very clean the rooms are very dated and small. That being said it had every thing we needed. Bed was excellent and very comfy. We made breakfast and lunch everyday and for most part went out for dinner along the gap. Pools were meticulously clean warm and lots of umbrellas for shade. It’s hot in April. The grounds are beautiful monkeys frequently eating mangos and lots of beautiful birds. The grounds are huge with a nice pathway to go down to the ocean . Ocean had turtles galore easily to view walking the beach. The gap is just great to have splitting the large property and has numerous restaurants to chose from. We just had the best time. The staff work very hard and if you needed something you got it very quickly. We will be back in two years to this resort

I enjoyed the check in process with the front desk. Housekeeping staff was friendly and provided lots of supply. Ground staff and other staff that I met through out the day were very friendly. I am sad to say that the restaurant staff at pure ocean was very problematic. The staff is comprised of mostly young people who were very apathetic to their jobs. I notice unequal trea**ent between me and white guests at the restaurant. I think a class is needed in diversity and inclusion. Maybe the front desk folks can train the restaurant folks. Overall this place is nice, clean and a safe place to stay.

Arrived at reservation counter and received no greeting from staff. Rooms were okay but the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush after three visits by maintenance and there was leak in bathroom with a pool of water always on the floor. No offer to change room until after i spoke with property manager.
