though we travel once a month out of the United States, this was by far our least favorite vacation. I am somewhat handicapped and when I checked in, it was like pulling teeth to get a room that met my needs physically .When they moved us to a room that worked for my needs there were no towels, no amenities in the room and we had to go down to the front desk several times or call to get any satisfaction, the people at the desk were rude and after speaking to them and asking to speak to the hotel manager, I got an email address for he was unwilling to speak with me personally. They led me to believe I should be thankful they were willing to move us. Funny.! As a result after staying for a day we booked another hotel nearby and left but they didn’t feel a refund was warranted, even though I explained that went down there repeatedly not to mention when they gave us the room none of the keys worked, and we had to sit outside, waiting for someone to let us in , the property is tired and in need of renovations . We travel to all the Iberostar’s, Melias and sandals, and we know what quality Service from the staff and resort quality is like and this is certainly not it.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone thinking this is more than a 2 star at best
