Bridgeview Hotels with Breakfast

Well, let's start when we first arrived. The door entrance and mat was clean! No trash or nasty doors and I loved that. Then we walked in and was greeted by the sweetest young lady named Sherry! I can tell you that along with the extremely clean facility all the way around, Sherry took the Cake!! She was so professional and she made our check-in, our stay and checkout amazingly smooth. I have been in Chicago many times, and paid high prices at other not so good hotels by this one was is the BEST!!! Thank You Sherry for making our stay an Amazing One! Our stay was a GREAT ONE!!!! Hampton Inn, Sherry is a Great Asset! Keep her Happy :)

Brenda, the manager, is super nice and very helpful. Daina, the weekend night clerk, is super nice and friendly. She's very accommodating and polite. She takes a lot of pride in her job and it shows big time, honestly she's the main reason I'm leaving a review. Joel, the other night clerk, is really friendly, although he tends to overwork himself and let things stress him out too much. Adam, the overnight clerk, I haven't had much dealings with him, but the few times I did he was really quick and efficient! Now for the house keeping staff. Samantha is amazing, she made it a point to check up on me anytime she saw me. Making sure I was good and that I had everything I needed. She's always had a smile on her face, which made my stay feel a bit more comfortable. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 months now while I'm looking for a place to rent in the area. Everyone i mentioned has helped me with this, rather it going out of their way to look up places, or writing down numbers of places they saw with for rent signs. In closing I rate this hotel and the staff I mentioned above 10 out of 5 stars!!!
