A great place to stop off the M5 if you are heading to and from the West Country. Great helpful staff and good food and drink. Can get busy at times but the staff seem to do their best, such as restocking the breakfast buffet. Rooms very comfortable, smart and clean. Annoying there is a £9 charge for car parking but if you're on one of the great value special deals around it's a minor point

Excellent service, great bar. Nana was the best, perfect service. Charlotte, Josie and Collene we fabulous. Rooms were wonderful, restaurant was great and the dyaff couldn't be more helpful. 100% reccomend a stay here, it was lovely for Bridgwater

The staff were really helpful, and great fun!! They went above and beyond for us, sorting us out with a booking error (our fault) and made our stay very memorable.

A wonderful week at the hotel. Could not have asked for more. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel thoroughly welcome. A huge thank you to Charlotte and Alicia who went out of their way to make the stay an absolute pleasure. They are both a credit to the hotel and are exemplary ambassadors for the staff team as a whole. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!

I booked a four night stay over a long weekend to catch up with friends and family nearby. I didn't realise it would be so expensive. I had to cancel the rest of my stay after the first night because I simply could not afford it. On top of the daily charge of the room, there were following unexpected additional charges:- £9.00 per day for parking £15.00 per day for having a pet (I could understand a one off fee) £20.00 for a hour late check out These charges were quite a surprise and felt exploitative. It was a disappointing stay and quite an upsetting experience. I didn't really feel that the staff cared much. I won't be returning.

I travel down to Bridgwater quite often to visit family and friends and I can honestly say I will only ever stay here from now on! It’s clean, it’s modern, the beds are comfy, the food was great, it’s very family friendly, staff were also super friendly! Special mention to Josie, Charlotte, Reluca and Nana, helpful with anything and everything from the beginning of our stay until we left. Would give more stars if I could!
