Worst stay ever with premier inn and I frequently use this hotel rooms were ok as per normal but booked with family for rooms and food then charged at the site for again the restaurant staff were badly trained and the bar staff didn’t know what there offers included it was also very cold in the building Well below normal service provided by this company next time I will look elsewhere

Everything was great. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was on offer hot and delicious only complaint was I asked for scrambled eggs for my daughter’s breakfast to be told no as they didn’t have enough eggs only enough for the fried eggs (my daughter only eats scrambled eggs) all in all though I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back

As usual with a Premier Inn the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the automatic checking in system was shambolic. A number of guests were all trying to check in at just after 3pm and the system would not validate the key cards. There was nobody on reception and when a member of staff did arrive she was less than helpful. Kept disappearing into an office, told us the cards wouldn't validate because room weren't ready and also came out with "I've only just come on duty" When check in is 3pm rooms should be ready. Why would a shift change happen bang on check in time? Why did we have to go back to the check in screen only to have to go back to the desk to get the key card validated? Ate in the restaurant on Tuesday evening, food and service fine but tables sticky, had a drink on Thursday evening and tables sticky again.

Stayed for one night at the Premier Inn Bridlington as we were going to see a show at The Spa. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Car park was available on site for a small fee £5.00 for 24 hours.

Average premier inn. Better than most hotels around. The view was OK and and paid for a better room. It is worth it. Don't eat at the neighbouring food place. I can't call it a restaurant. Its too bad. Weatherspoons is 10 mins away and pretty good. Good sleep and quiet so OK for what we wanted.

The hotel was lovely, right on the sea front, definitely worth paying extra for a sea view. Check in and out was very easy using their self check in service however staff are at hand for those who need assistance. Room was clean and tidy and bathroom was immaculate. Resturant was clean and overall safe were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It's 2026 and I paid extra for the premium wifi only to find the tv wasn't able to even connect to the Internet so streaming platforms for a massive No-No on a night time.

I had seen a couple of negative reviews so I was a little concerned but as it turned out I have no idea what hotel those reviewers stayed at, it can't have been this one! The interior of the hotel was smart, modern and very clean. Two lifts so we never had to wait. The room was better than expected - larger and better designed with a double-bed and a couch. The desk was wide and had plenty of room for laptop and photo gear. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and the curtains so effective at blocking the dawn sunlight that we nearly slept in every morning! Although the attached pub/restaurant was part of a chain the food was fine, service efficient and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only negative point was the usual chain-pub practice of keeping cask beers and draft stout at super-chilled temperatures rendering them not worth the bother. Better to succumb to the foreign lagers that survive such unnecessary abuse. That aside we were very happy ith our stay.
