You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. The service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was good except for the inconvenience of transportation. I think it would be nice to have transportation after 4pm.

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique avec un buffet de petit déjeuner de très haut niveau. Par contre, la chambre était indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Je veux bien qu'on soit dans un établissement historique mais cela n'excuse pas tout. Il faisait froid à pierre fendre dans la chambre, elle était tellement sombre et mal éclaireé qu'il était impossible de lire et la décoration filait le bourdon. Lorsqu'on en a touché un mot à la réception, l'accueil a été encore plus froid que la chambre. Leur réponse a été "on est complet" . En clair on s'en fout. Cela nous a un peu gaché le séjour. Moi qui me réjouissais de séjourner dans cet établissement, je n'y retournrai pas.

C'est un endroit vraiment magique. Dès qu'on y entre, on se sent transporté dans un autre monde. De plus, tout le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. Merci pour cette expérience unique

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Brienzersees in mitten von Wald, Wiesen und den traumhaften Giessbachfällen. Die Gästezimmer und sonstigen Räume wiederspiegeln die vergangenen goldenen Zeiten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
