We went for our annual ski-holiday and really loved it. Everything we needed was in the vicinity - ski school for kids and the ski lifts. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (3.5 room) and it was spacious, well kitted out and very clean. Friendly staff. The pool and wellness area was really nice. We ordered bread/breakfast delivery from the local bakery which was delicious and on time every time. Busstop right at the resort - very convenient. The Ski school there is highly recommended. We all had courses and were very satisfied. we were there at the end of season and the ski show was awesome. The supermarket in town was well stocked. We walked to nearby restaurants and they were all really good. Langlauf area on your doorstep. We booked our next trip already😜.

The 2-room apar**ent we had was spacious and new. Everything was super clean. We had everything we needed available. Little extra, the possibility of ordering breakfast for the next morning until 6 p.m. Many activities offered: swimming pool, sauna (not during covid period), mini-golf, slide, etc. Departure from the chairlift with access to hikes just opposite (with a free lift thanks to the Guest Card). There are two restaurants nearby (200 meters for the furthest) if you don't want to make dinner. Small downside, the station does not have much infrastructure.

Beautiful, modern and well-furnished holiday apar**ents. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, but that's not the resort's fault ;) The Surselva Card (use of mountain railways and other activities) is included in the apar**ent rental. Our little ones also really enjoyed the children's program and the playroom. The only negative point: the sauna area was closed for maintenance purposes, but we were informed about this early and well. Dear Pradas team, keep up the good work!

We were there with our 1.5 year old son. Great apar**ent, clean, tidy and everything you need! The pool area is also nice, clean and looks very modern. The rest of the complex is also in good condition and makes a great impression. Unfortunately the weather was too cold and we couldn't try out the swimming lake... ;-)

Overall, we've enjoyed the place an the hotel. Rooms are clean and have everything one needs to cook. Bathroom is comfortable, bedroom too. Enough of wardrobes. Personnel is polite and professional. It is important to note two points that we did not know about: 1. Spa/swimming pool building is a separate building from the chalets where all apartments are located. It is at most 3 mins of walking, but it is still separate. 2. The changing rooms have NO lockers AT ALL. So you cannot lock any valuables. I had to take them in my bag with me to the spa area and just put them there. Better safe than sorry for me. But many people were just keeping clothes and valuables hanging. I know that it is safe and all, but if there were a lot of people during season, I would not be comfortable leaving everything just like that. 3. Some customers are nude in sauna. So, if someone is uncomfortable, should think about it. Other than that, the spa area is nice. Swimming pool is modern and clean. Jacuzzi is lovely and does not smell chlorine. We've loved spending time there. There is also a ski lift that we took to go up just to see the mountains. It was very beautiful. Many ski stations around and the view is fantastic. The town is small and lovely. We've visited local shops that sell very fresh and delicious food. Also, road to the hotel is scenic and passes through other beautiful towns. We will be back.

We spent the Ascension weekend at this resort. Everything is done to make you feel good. The 2 bedroom apar**ent (3.5 rooms) we had was very large. The well-appointed kitchen, a balcony (view of the pond), well furnished and very comfortable. There are even Ravensburger games for children available under the television. Covid obliges, we had to reserve our pool time every day for the next day. There wasn't really any availability when we arrived, but the other days we went at 8 a.m. to register for the next day. Indoor swimming pool, paddling pool and jacuzzi. The wellness area was closed during our stay (Covid still). Unfortunately, we learned that the resort's partner restaurant was closed. We hoped to be able to put our feet under the table every night. So we found restaurants in the area that delivered to the resort. For breakfasts, there is a resort application to order bread for the next day in the village bakery until 6 p.m. We took the opportunity to order bread for the picnic. There is a children's playroom "sponsored" by Ravensburger

A wonderful place for a family holiday in the summer. Comfortable equipped apar**ents. Everything you need is there. There is a swimming pool and sauna (closed in summer 2021), a children's room, a teenager's room (with a Nintendo switch, kicker and pinball). There are many hiking options nearby for the whole family. In summer, the chairlift operates 100 meters from the hotel (except Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
