The hall way smelled like currry powder and the floor in the room was dirty and the bathroom was really dirty..

The staff at the reception desk at night made a mistake and charged me 156$! ******* also charged me 140$ for my online reservation! So I called the hotel many times and finally they said they would refund my money but then they didn't and they lied! I've been calling and calling and I still can't get through to the manager and every time I hear a different lie! It was really a very sad experience! Please don't trust anyone!

Checked in for 2 night stay. Check in was great. Front desk was very friendly. Once in my room, there was water on the floor. When I went to grab a towel to mop the the floor the towels were wet. I mentioned this to the front desk only to be told there was new maid service. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Any time you rolled over the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart.

I spent one night in this hotel and was surprised that a number of things didn't work. The blow-dryers in my room and a friend's room were broken. The soda machines on almost every floor were broken or out (I did luck out on one floor finally). There was no morning coffee at breakfast because the machines were broken. Other than that, the rooms were fine and the front desk was friendly.
