The room is large, but the facilities are imperfect and the faucet is leaking! The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach!

Kai and Ahmed at the front desk were just wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The location is great with Brighton Baths diagonally opposite and the beach within easy reach. The room was well-equipped and really spacious. It was however quite dated and could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance.

Although there are few rooms, the service is very good. There is only one charge for multiple entries and exits in the parking lot. The hotel is near the Melbourne city beach, and it is very suitable for family hiking. It is a sunset check-in point, so pay attention to insulation and wind protection.

Very pleasant staff and management. Nice location in Brighton. Easy walk to the shops. Parking access for the meeting attendees. Everything worked well.

No natural light...was promised a balcony for our anniversary. Just got a dark room with nothing but four walls...disappointed with it having a great location
