Stayed 4 nights for a conference and my partner joined me half way through. The room was spacious, and had a nice view of the pier. It’s close to lovely food and coffee spots. Keep in mind the windows are old so if you’re a light sleeper you will hear the traffic from the street at night, bring earplugs. Our main issue was that it felt like an inconvenience for us to park our car, even though they say free parking for guests. I should also mention that every spot was empty except ours until the day we left. On the last day, we asked could we leave it in the spot until the early afternoon but we’re told we had to move it. Just no effort to accommodate us beyond the basics, really.

Great place to stay ….. with super helpful staff…..great rooms….. and in a perfect location…..The ideal place to stay when in Brighton that is very near to all of the sights and places to visit. Parking easy too. If you’re looking for a boutique place to stay…. then this is it….

Just returned from a weekend break , the hotel very good with good parking for guests. The room was very good and we had a good veiw of the sea and pier. Breakfast very good and staff on arrival and during breakfast very helpful. Hotel location is perfect for all the attractions . Definitely would recommend this hotel

This was the last room left for my Daughter's and mine 1 day visit so we weren't expecting a lot. The room was up several flights of stairs, but it was spotless though and very cosy, also the bathroom with a shower and towels was pleasing. The absolute delight was the small fridge, a gem on the very warm day we had for our cold drinks. All in all a bargain.
