All is good and clean but only no good is with elevators is not suitable for leg problem and old man staying.

After walking around the door several times, I finally confirmed that the hotel was entered through this small door. The room is so small that there is almost no space after putting down the suitcase. The bathroom is also extremely narrow. The shower only has a ceiling spray and no hand-held shower head.
There is no air conditioning in the room. Our room is on the second floor, and there is a platform outside the window. We dare not open the window; it is hot and stuffy when we sleep at night.
The service attitude is good, but I don’t recommend it.

This hotel is ideally located to explore the best of Brighton The pier is if that 5 mins walk away. Lots of boutique shops to mooch around in the Lanes Hotel and rooms are impeccably clean Ooooo and the bed is so comfy Go for the breakfast - you won't regret it, even though your waist line might 😀 I did notice that they do offer spa treatments at a reasonable price (massage and facials) but our stay was to short to explore these James is incredibly attentive and nothing is too much trouble

We have stayed in every hotel in Brighton including the 'posh' ones but this place is outstanding! Looked great when we booked the Bubble suite and it did not dissappoint. This place is absolutely stunning with impeccable service from James & Markus. Room absolutely lovely with a balcony overlooking the city, Managed to park straight outside but must have been lucky. Oh and as for breakfast I don't usually bother but was so good had to have it both mornings. Great cocktails too. It is a townhouse and the suitcase journey to the top floor was well worth it. 100% will be back. Loved it.

We spent an unforgettable weekend in the Square Townhouse in Brighton. Marcus and James were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, including delicious pancakes and very strong Italian espresso. The room was nice, cozy and we liked all the furniture and surrounding decoration. We'll definitely be back again soon :-)

The Square Town House is stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, dairy free and Vegan) are catered for. The pancakes are very good as is the cooked breakfast, for example. We stayed in a room on the top floor with a sea view and will be very happy to stay again. The top floor is accessible via many flights of steps and if fitness is an issue, a room on a lower level would be advisable.

I stayed in the snug room, it was beautiful, amazing decoration and cosy. Staff so helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is near to the beach and the pier. The breakfast was very tasty, I will recommend the eggs Benedict I will stay again without any doubt.

Lovley place, staff amazing, rooms spotless and place has just a feeling good factor about it ..... Would highly recommend to pay this place a visit if you are staying in Brighton. It's close to all the bars and shops and the lanes so you won't miss out
