The hotel is a B&B. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and tidy. The building is older and has no elevator, so you have to be very careful when walking up the narrow stairs. The breakfast is very rich, and the waiters are also hospitable. One of the Vietnamese waiters must be praised.

Lovely hotel and perfect location for shopping restaurants beach. Was very clean and had most of what you need. Bathroom was clean and shower powerful and hot. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Staff helpful and friendly. Only negatives were being overlooked by the houses behind so blind had to stay down (room32) bed and room were comfortable but small no vanity or shelf for makeup. A lot of noise from room above and doors slamming. Would recommend and stay here again as the price I felt was reasonable.

Weekend break and found an amazing gem in Brighton. First and foremost, the staff were above and beyond. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even the breakfast toast was done for us. Whole hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our room was a very good size and spotless. Prime location, with everything you need to see/do in Brighton within walking distance and only 1 minute to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and variety available. Full English was one of the best we have had in quite some time! Make sure you work out the parking beforehand. Although I managed to find a spot within a couple of minutes, I imagine during bank and school holidays it may be more difficult. Best bet is to buy a zone C parking ticket at reception on arrival. £15 for 24hrs. Really, really enjoyed our stay.
