From the moment we were greeted until we left, we had a fantastic stay. The two fellas run a beautiful place with attention to detail in all areas. The extras in the rooms, the freshly cooked breakfast, with everything you can eat and more, high quality bed linen and toiletries. We've stayed in lots of places in Brighton and this was the best so far. Many thanks. See you again!!

We've just got back from a long weekend staying here & will definitely be booking here again for any future trips to Brighton. Upon arriving Richard was already waiting & very welcoming. We had been communicating the time expected to arrive, which changed slightly due to traffic but he replied promptly each time & was more than accommodating when we finally got there. He immediately helped with parking via providing a ticket for the car and was even good enough to move his enabling us to park directly outside the hotel. The pictures don't do the room justice, it was lovely, warm and welcoming, and the garden area is fantastic. I can imagine in summer it being a real suntrap. I loved the lighting out there and how they've created a little paradise via plants and a waterfall. The bathroom was spotless as was the room and ample space for two of us. The bed is quite possibly one of the most comfortable I've stayed in, the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. I had to ask Richard where he'd bought them because I'm now going to buy some for myself. We really loved the room, so much so that we enjoyed relaxing in there during the cold winters days before setting off out at nighttime. Richard was lovely to chat to & I highly recommend staying here. The location is fantastic too, an arms throw from everywhere and very quiet. You can really see the work these guys have gone into creating a lovely place to stay & next time I'll definitely get up for breakfast.

The location of Brightonwave in Kemptown is perfect for exploring the area. Close to the beach, pier, Lanes and some excellent restaurants and bars all within a short walking distance. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our four poster bedroom with a small balcony. Perfect in every way, spotlessly clean everywhere and attention to detail with the little touches in the room shows how professional this business is run. The bed was soooo comfortable. The menu for breakfast was excellent and all cooked to order with good quality ingredients. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly owners, comfortable beds, nice big room. We were at the top room 6. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when in Brighton!

Lovely stay - great value for money

Enjoyed my stay at Brightonwave. The host was helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast which was made to order. Fresh ingredients used.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home, our room was stunning with some very thoughtful extra touches. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a lovely treat and we could even see the sea! The bed was comfy, the bathroom luxurious and our room was made up daily which was an unexpected surprise! Fresh water, milk and other refreshments/ snacks were provided :) the room was warm, very comfortable and we didn’t want to leave! The breakfast was AMAZING (Simon got to know that we liked coffee and it was freshly made for us each morning)- the full English was to die for and my partner had pancakes one morning which were also absolutely delicious. Could not recommend this place highly enough and next time we visit Brighton we will be sure to book this little gem again! Thank you!

Richard and Simon are 2 of the friendliest gentlemen you will ever meet. The room was amazing, very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was lovely. Lovely little garden courtyard. I cannot rate the Brightonwave enough. I would give ten stars if I could.

We stayed in the garden room number 8. I must say (having worked in the hotel/leisure industry for over 15 years) it was one of the nicest boutique bed and breakfast places I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect the room with all its extra touches, including ear plugs in the draw ….. chocolates… extras in the bathroom. Lovely jacuzzi bath with shower attachment. I can also see why they have won awards for the breakfast it was delicious.
