Overall, the Hotel is perfectly fine and the breakfast buffet is well stocked. But the rooms are teeny tiny. The beds are not comfortable. The dinner choices are okay.

Nice hotel but it's annoying that they give you complementary gin in your room but you have to extra for tonic . Also there was a additional charge to use pool and spa area which didn't see that on hotel description.

Stopped by for coffee and brunch. We were in a hurry so could not savour the mushroom on toast as much as I would have liked. My double espresso was very good and the plentiful wild mushroom with cream and garlic on sour dough was the most delicious I have ever had. Service was good.

The staff here just can't do enough for you. Super helpful friendly and attentive. Beach front location. Amazing beds, food, drinks, swimming pool etc definitely return. Clean tidy rooms and an excellent location to explore Brighton Brighton xx

Looks great on the photos but not so great in reality. Parts of the hotel looking rather tired and needing a refresh. Stayed here recently in one of the hotels ‘Cosy Double Rooms’. Incredibly small and inward facing room, in what I can only describe as a grim and grotty view of pipes and noisy vents and air ducts which make loud sounds throughout the night. The double glazing makes little difference to minimise the sound. Not cheap and not great, better off at Premiere Inn, which is just up the road.

Fantastic luxury hotel and spa! But my experience was made even better by one individual (Louliana). I had a 60 minute massage treatment with her, to which she was extremely professional and attentive but more importantly we had a great chat which is just what I needed and I was left smiling and laughing the whole way through. 30/10 customer service! I'll definitely be a returning customer. Also the bedroom and sea view was perfect, exceptional standards all round.
