Atlantic Seafront

Please show pictures of All the rooms not just larger rooms so people can choose if they wish a small or larger room, and we didn't understand why paper cups in room, we had a small double with only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed, other than this the view was brilliant onto seafront, the room was very clean, breakfast was very good and Leo was very professional

Lovely little hotel ran by Leo very central to everything. No parking but not a problem for us. Our room was on the top floor, the stairs were a bit of a killer. As other reviewers have commented the bathrooms are very compact but do the job with plenty of hot water available. My only nitpick would be the over bed lights being poorly positioned being directly over the bed not to the side, so made sitting up to read awkward. Very clean ,comfortable room and the beds are the best I have slept on ! Very central for the city , you can walk any where ,and the seafront is just over the road ! Welcoming host (Leo) . I will not go any where else when I visit Brighton now ! Reasonably priced too .

Location Location Location. We had a great stay. The family room on the first floor had great views from large bay windows overlooking the seafront and Brighton Pier. It was only a short walk to the main shopping area. The room was clean and well appointed. Parking is NOT available at the hotel and will cost you £25/day and the nearest parking station about 10 minutes away. Be sure to confirm opening times as reception is not open all day.

I accidentally used getaroom to book my reservation in Chicago. I thought I was working with the hotel directly because the site looked exactly like the hotel site. When I tried to cancel my reservation 12 days early, get a room said that I had an 80% penalty for canceling because I didn’t cancel within 48 hours. I called the hotel to cancel thinking I had made the reservation directly with the hotel and the hotel said it was a third-party reservation and I would have to call them which I did and was faced with a huge penalty. my advice is to never book a room through get a room and to call the hotel to be sure you’re going directly to the hotel rather than a third-party.

Location right next to Brighton Pier & we had a lovely view of the pier & sea from our room, family room with two double beds, room had all amenities including a fridge & fan. Leo greeted us & allowed us to check in early and even let me use the dining room to give the kids a quick lunch. Breakfast was very good. There is limited parking in Brighton beach area and we used a car park for £18 a day, so we did do a lot of walking! Only downside was the bathroom was small and our shower door was broken so having a shower was a bit messy, also the fan provided was extremely dusty & luckily I had bought wipes with me & I cleaned this myself.

What a beautiful place to stay. Great view of the sea and pier, 2 min walk to pier and beach. Stayed in room 7 which had a great view (although lots of stairs and no lift, just FYI). Breakfast was tasty and lots of it. Ordered the full english and still got given toast and jam. Leo was so friendly and chatty and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Comfy bed with nice plump pillows. Plenty of tea, coffee. Decent hairdryer in the room which was a bonus. Nice clean friendly place to stay. Only one thing not to fault, but to note, neither me or my partner are very tall, but someone over 6 foot would have struggled with sitting on the toilet, as it is very close to the shower cubicle. However, saying that, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Leo

From entry to leaving Leo the Manager was the most friendly and helpful host.Immaculate inside.Spotless bedroom and all teas coffees,soaps,towels there.Updated Decor.Excellent 4 Day Rest. Wi Fi Works,hot water and Bargain Cooked breakfast/cereals. Great View of the Pier and 2 mins to Kemp Town Bars/Restaurants. Will Stay here in future.

The bed and breakfast is perfect. The manager Leo is the nicest and kindest man you will ever meet. Friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was immaculate. Will definitely be back. The location is fab too. An all round perfect place.
