Was a wonderful stay. Marta took care of me during my stay and offered exceptional customer service and best experience. Would stay here again any day. Wait staff at the bar were lovely too, very welcoming.

Helpful service with a sincere attitude! Amazing 5-star hotel!

Everything was very beautiful, very cozy attention to detailing very tasteful decor. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart with us. Location is good. Breakfast was ok. Comes with slippers and a bathrobe , although one of our bathrobes were dirty inside with toothpaste. The facilities need here and there an update, it was very windy outside and the windows let through a lot of cold. There’s some tiles on the bathroom floor fallen and for the price it was one would expect it being properly cleaned specially the toilet around mirrors and windows

Location is absolutely great, the sea is direct in front of the hotel. Everything is at walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly. When we check in, there is a small promotion where we can get free wine, beer or sodas. Cleanliness is great, the room is spotless although there is a little funky smell but not a big issue. As for the amenities, their shampoo and body wash are in bottles fixed to the wall. But their shampoo and body wash are of quality with meroli and bergamot smell which i just fall in love with. They did provide hand wash and lotion in bottles and fixed to the wall as well. No bar soap, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no shower cap. Their does provide iron, hair dryer and tea/coffee as well as two bottles of water.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Beautiful reception area with helpful staff. Fresh new facilities in the room. Great quality bedding. Bathroom new and good condition. Good quality tea and coffee. Only slight downside was that my single room was a little bit on the small side, staff did their best to help and showed me an alternative room but that was pretty much the same size. In the end I accepted the slightly small room as the price I paid reflected the room size. I settled in well after accepting this and it was a comfortable two night stay. The hotel feels warm and welcoming, I can recommend it.

The hotel is right by the sea, so it's more convenient to see the sea. The hotel itself is also very distinctive, the first floor is very artistic. However, there is no elevator in the new building, probably because no one lives in a sea-view room, so they have to carry their luggage by themselves. Sanitary conditions are average, and the water in the shower is very small.

Didn’t check in as we had parking issues, asked about on site parking restrictions a week before as I have a van, wasn’t made aware of height restrictions, my daughter and I spent all day trying to find a suitable parking for the night, was told by the desk worker that he suggested I parked at the marina which I could pay for 6 hours which would have resulted with me having to go and pay every 6 hrs during the night which is absurd to even suggest, if I had known earlier the parking issues at the hotel and Brighton as a whole I wouldn’t of even contemplated booking, may I suggest the hotel makes clear that the height restriction is 1.80m, so instead of enjoying some quality time with my daughter for a night away we are both very disappointed to have had to come home and a lot of money spent without having a good experience of Brighton, I feel I should be entitled to a refund and hope this would be viewed sympathetically. I hope to hear from you very soon.

Very helpful staff, very accommodating. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent. Room quite small, parking difficult. Carpet throughout hotel need replacing. Food choices outside breakfast minimal.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly, efficient and happy to go the extra mile - Barry especially! Breakfast was beautiful, however I wish there was a menu, rather than just “what do you want and we’ll see if we can provide it” situation. Room was clean and fresh, very bright. Aileen our room service staff member did a wonderful job. A few areas of the hotel needed updating, but it’s an old Victorian building so we understand the challenge to alter things. There was a breeze from the balcony doors (112) though luckily we welcome a cool room! The windows in the bathroom were unable to be opened after a shower due to what I believe is original windows. The bed was firm, which doesn’t really fit our preference so we both had sore backs briefly in the morning! But some people love this, and you can’t cater to everyone!! Overall, we had a wonderful experience, would highly recommend it to family, friends or colleagues. It felt comfortable and safe also.

Staff were excellent and as had been said before Barry was extremely helpful, both at the hotel and during a call before the visit.
