Good location if U intend to be nearby to the Brighton train stn. But if U prefer to be nearer the beach & pier then it is abt a 15-20mins walk down Queens Road.
Overall a nice hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the location is convenient, about 5 minutes from the train station. However, the soundproofing of the room was very poor, and one night I was even harassed by other people knocking on the door.
