Great location in Kemptown on a quiet street just a short stroll up from Brighton Pier. They have rooms with balconies and views bit I didn’t mind the deluxe room which was in the basement. Very clean and spacious room with a little seating area at the far end underneath a skylight. Nice clean bathroom with spacious shower. Really worth the price if you don’t mind not having any views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers spa treatments and massages

A small but well-appointed room. Check-in was smooth. The staff were polite. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Daily housekeeping was provided.

Beautifully decorated room with a small balcony to enjoy the sun . The room was big, very clean and the bed comfy. Bed linen crisp and pillows just right. We had air conditioning or could open the windows to let the sea air in!
The bathroom, toiletries and towels good quality. Theres a safe, fridge and good sized wardrobe with shelves . Kettle with tea and coffee also a coffee pod machine to use. We didn’t book for breakfast but it was an option. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend

Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the "King Suite with View" which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect.

Great hotel in an ideal location to explore all Brighton has to offer within a 15 mins walk. Staff very friendly and welcoming and we would certainly stay here again. We didn't use the spa, so can't rate that.
