We were relocated to this hotel from the nightmare of 'Amherst hotel'. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were friendly. We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.

There is a club downstairs in this hotel. I checked in at 3:30 pm on December 31, 2023. Their club played songs until 5 am on January 1, 2024. The super loud subwoofer kept us awake all night. We complained to the hotel all night. They had no front desk staff and the club staff handled the entire process. There was no compensation except an apology. When we asked for a refund when we checked out, their staff also passed the buck and couldn't give us a refund. Very poor living experience

Great hotel, the room was spotless and well maintained, it has a large bar and the staff were very friendly. Going back in a few weeks and really looking forward to it.
