This place is dirty,it smells really bad, I dont recommend to stay here.

It was okay wasn't happy with the room

Not a good stay. My fight was delayed 14 hours so I arrived at 5am. The desk clerk was asleep and I had to yell to wake her, Desoite having paid for the room 4 months prior, they said they gave away my room because I was late and would have to wait 2 more hours. The night ckerk was rude. There are no chairs in the lobby because of co-vid. ********** intervented when I was told to wait 2 hours. All they had were smoking rooms and they were smelly. None of the electrical outets worked. The Bay Shore Inn double billed me for the fee I paid months earlier. They denied any wrongdoing. I was quiet, but short of that a bad experience. Stay away from the Bay Shore Inn

For a one night, just passing through, it was okay. Once you get past the “NY” attitude at the front desk, the hallway and rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. The beds felt like a hardwood floor. Not sure if the sheets were even washed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Unsafe and extremely unclean environment. Unfriendly staff and no amenities. Property has not been updated in years and will not be staying here again.

Very Super Noisy from Next room until 4 Am. I'm so tired from work. but cannot sleep. because of noises

1. Charged at the hotel an extra $230 because they didn't receive the ******* booking. 2. No heat. 3. Rude staff 4. Woke us up to tell us we had to check out after first night despite booking two nights, due to clerical error.

What a horrible experience. It was not so much the fact that the front desk lady say she did not know how to pull up a reservation from *******, or that her solution was to pay for a room only in cash, or that another guest was complaining about damp carpet in his now moldy smelling room. It was the front desk persons attitude telling me “if you don’t want to pay you can get out because I’m not giving you a room!” Like how you getting mad at me? I’m the one who is supposed to be mad! Lol Anyways drove down two exits and stayed in a great Courtyard Marriott. Stay safe out there!

This is an old school lousy hotel. Condoms in the parking lot. The hallways smell so bad of smoke it doesn't matter whether you have smoke or non. only surprise was that they don't post hourly rates.
