Cosy little cottage in Brightwaters, NSW, close to the shores of Lake Macquarie. A standalone home next to our abode at the higher point of the hill giving you glimpses of the lake and sea breezes. Nothing fancy, but a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the lower bathroom also equipped with a washer and dryer. There is enough space for one car to park on the property, and additional parking is available on the street. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder, and coffee plunger. Outside, there's a BBQ on the deck and a fire pit on the lawn. We love animals but in the interest of the local birds, wildlife and fencing we have a "no pets policy." -Close to lake access. Launch your boat or fish along the shore line with access to the water down the road. -5 minutes' drive to restaurant 8atTrinity - Trinity Point Marina. https://8attrinitypoint.com.au -Enjoy bush walks, lakeside strolls. Fantastic little home away from home. Close to shops and restaurants. The small touches make a big difference, like; an outdoor fire pit for cold winter nights or BBQ on your private deck for warm summer nights. It was a relaxing stay and nice to wake up to the bird songs of the local wildlife.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the place was clean and presented — it really set the tone for a relaxing getaway.George and Emma were fantastic hosts, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was in working order. The place was clean, the beds were soft, the hosts were highly hospitable. Thank you George and Emma! The location was a lovely, quiet place in walking distance from the water, with a peaceful garden that attracted birds.

Clean and tidy, well equipt cottage.Owners home is on property also, so you share driveway and some spaces.No waterfront access from property. In a convenient location, close to everything. Waterfront access just a block away.Comfy bed, no aircon in main though.
