Absolutely lovely B&B would highly recommend! Sam is a fabulous host & really looks after you. Super clean, comfortable & warm. Easy to park too.

A first class accommodation in a picturesque location. We were contacted by Sam whilst driving to the location. She asked if we wanted a meal booking in a local pub, and we got the notification within minutes. Sam and her family couldn’t have been more welcoming. Extensive breakfast options with choice of communal area or in room. Would highly recommend

Absolutely perfect. Amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Popped over after a hospital stay, just to relax and unwind. It didn't disappoint! Absolutely immaculate. Had a lovely big Lush bath, and the bed....Well.... It's the best nights sleep I've had in 20 years. Breakfast was beautiful. Cannot fault a thing! It's definitely worth every star! Thankyou so much Sam and family! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent bed and breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast area provided an additional area for us to socialise. Sam was an impeccable host, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made us feel like valued guests. A good selection of breakfast items was available and all those sampled were of high quality. A pleasant surprise was being able to charge our electric car on-site and at a much lower price than most public chargers too!

A delightful setting and location, with a relaxed and friendly a**osphere. Large comfortable bedroom and en-suite, beautifully set. A perfect stay for a short break or a base to explore the area. I would certainly look to book again if I am staying in the area.

Super comfortable and high quality furnishings and very well appointed. Really warm welcome and very friendly family. Good interaction but respectful of your space. Would highly recommend as excellent value. Hope to go again in the near future.

Was searching for a place in the vicinity with a high rating, and was not disappointed. Very well kept. Very high standard. Faultless cleanliness. Great breakfast and accommodating host. Beautiful garden to the rear, and view to the fields. Highly recommended.

Excellent throughout, lovely house, bedroom and bathroom, all done to a very high standard. perfect quite spot so had a great nights sleep. Sam and her daughter were very welcoming and helpful with advice for dinner. I had googled various other nearby places to stay including very well known ones that I assumed would be cheaper, but i am so glad I found Swallows Rest. Really good value
