I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff

Aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing
The aircon made a loud clicking sound which also didn’t stop throughout the night.
The reception staff were not helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue.

On 18 July 2023 I called to book a room from 6 to 16 August and it was available. I wait to receive the booking sheet and advance to pay but nothing after 2 days. no response to email and WhatsApp. I call and they tell me to be patient. On the 22nd I receive emails that have no availability from the 12th to the 16th. They deceived me and made me waste days of research. Little seriousness and respect.
