The hotel is a great value for money option if staying in Brindisi. It's a vey traditional old style building with lovely high ceilings. The location Is excellent with very easy reach to the port and train station. The room was small but adequate for our need with a small balcony. Breakfast is a limited selection but again added value on the price we paid for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely exceeded expectations in all respects. Wonderful location. Staff uber helpful. The household staff must have been on steroids, even the desk was tidied and had enough soap and shampoo to shower every hour. Lovely breakfast and and and.... Really enjoyed our stay. Got one eye ( the cock-eyed one) on a return visit.

The hotel has a standard that for the discerning may seem simple, but everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely fantastic and a wonder of kindness and patience in communication despite limited language skills on both sides. They are happy to share tips on sights and restaurants and other useful information, even food recipes! There is no breakfast buffet in the real sense, but the breakfast is quite sufficient and there are both warm croissants with any filling as well as fruit and yoghurt and of course coffee in various guises. From a sustainability point of view, one could possibly have wished that there was an option to choose to use the towels several times. As it is now, three towels per person are changed daily, which must generate quantities of laundry.

Quiet hotel well placed for visiting the historic center. No window in the room but in the bathroom. This is a bit of a problem with the pricing which is becoming more and more precise on what the room offers. More amenities the more you pay! Hôtel.com should negotiate its rates better!
