Contrary to the rest of the reviews, the experience is not good. They only have one room with air conditioning. The others have a fan but it is practically useless because the insulation of the rooms is not good so it is very hot inside (more than outside) and it looks like a sauna. A lot of sweat and a bad night. Very little water comes out of the shower. The location is not good. To go to the beach, restaurants, shops you have to take the walk to Zicatela which is about 15-20 minutes at the end and with the heat it is unbearable. Better to be where the sea.

Wonderful comfortable clean safe rooms surround a beautiful shaded well cared for secure courtyard and also includes a well supplied very nice kitchen. Air con is available in one suite - more are planned which is good. The manager claire speaks 4 languages is super friendly and a endless wealth of information

Claire is a superstar, she was very welcoming and was never out of recommendations to give to make the trip better.
The rooms are great for the price you pay, it was spacious and comfortable.
The location is perfect, very quiet for a good night sleep but at the same time 5-10 mins from all the nice bars, restos and the beach.
Highly recommended!
