Le pire de toute les auberge jeunesse que j'ai fait. Le personnel est très mal polis, aucun savoir vivre. De plus ils vous disent que vous ne pouvez pas avoir votre bouteille d'alcool dans votre chambre et vous ne pouvez amener aucun snack ans la section ou la piscine. Du jamais vue. Il on mus dehors mes amis qui etai dans un autre auberge juste à côté. Il mon enlever mes bouteille d'eau et mes chips pour me dire qu'il on un restaurant, mais rien ai disponible sur leurs menu. Je vous DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT d'aller la ! Les chambres sont sale, les toilette TRES rudimentaire et aucune intimité dans les chambres. Plusieurs insectes dans les chambres. Écouter, c'est la pire de tout les auberge jeunesse de tout mes voyage. J'adorais les selina mais PLUS JAMAIS je n'encouragerai cette bannière. Je vous conseille de faire pareille.

Buen hostal , las áreas comunes son excelente la alberca y el bar, además su ubicación es excepcional en si muy cerca de lugares de interés super, playa etc. y de la vida nocturna del lugar al cruzar la avenida. Adicionalmente la limpieza y organización del hostal es muy bueno y ampliamente recomendable

Good side: -Great place for young people to meet or stay -Restaurant staff were very friendly -Convenient place to stay with quick access to the beach Things that SHOULD BE IMPROVED -We stayed in a sea view SUITE and the bathroom was horrendous, old and just did not feel clean -Reception staff need to be given a lesson in hospitality and a course on how to help out tourist -Need to inform guests on their website that one needs to CLIMB A LOT OF STAIRS if you have a room higher up -Housekeeping could be improved. Once they did not shut the main room door properly and the next time the balcony door was left unlocked, where anyone from outside can enter. Cleaned the suite and did not replenish basic necessities like hand towels and toilet paper. After this we just kept the DND sign outside - No telephone number to contact reception from your room or phone.

Juan gave me the best service. They were very attentive and accommodating. They have different events planned in the bar. On Thursday I learned to salsa dance which was a free experience. The service was great and the staff continued to check in and ensure I didn’t need anything.
