The hotel location is superb, within a 5-minute walk to the city center. However, the room smelled like cooking from the kitchen, so I asked the staff to handle it. I contacted them via WhatsApp, but there was no reply even after 10 hours.
There was no housekeeping service provided, and guests had to go to the reception to get towels themselves. The hotel operates on a completely self-service basis, and the room is very close to the building opposite, which was quite inconvenient.

Every stay here is a pleasant one! I've tried different room types, and each time the experience has been great. It's a hotel apartment that perfectly meets my personal needs! For guests staying in the Downtown area, rooms are assigned between the 6th and 16th floors. Each floor has a rubbish removal chute, making trash disposal very convenient (opposite door number 03 on each floor – look for the 'Garbage Chute' sign). It's so easy to take out your own trash before checking out!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s a bubble tea shop right by the entrance where they speak Chinese, and a Sichuan restaurant just a short walk away. We were pleasantly surprised that we could see the Story Bridge right from our room.
