其實訂房的時候位置選錯了，本來當時在lugano，但是找了好久沒找到合適的酒店，附近的都太貴了，隨機選到了這家酒店價格還算可以，湖景有陽台就馬上預訂了，結果導航一看要開一小時，而且是走回頭路，我倆都鬱悶了😅，但都定了也不能退款就衹能去吧。沒想到，到了之後還是很驚喜，小陽台的景色好美，面對湖遠處還有雪山，哈哈，心情一下就好了😂。酒店適合家庭度假，早餐豐富，餐廳味道不錯，我們晚餐也是在這裏用餐，價格合適。下次還會再來😄

Die Matratzen sind eher auf der härteren Seite ... Unangenehm, dass es zum WC keine "richtige" Türe gibt. Als Paar ist dies okay, als Kollegen dann vielleicht eher weniger. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, die Preise dazu jedoch teilweise an der oberen Grenze. Ganze Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön.

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames u auf unsere Wünsche eingehendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht. ( Duschvorhang im Bad, zeitgemäss??) Küche zum Abendessen super, Restaurant mit Kindern sehr belebt.. Cigarre auf Terrasse sensationell 👌

Schönes und saubere Zimmer. Herrliche Aussicht und grosser Balkon. Ausgezeichnete Umgebung und Möglichkeiten. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Reichliches und gutes Frühstück sowie gutes Nachessen. Die Digitalisierung ist in gewissen Punkten noch zu verbessern/vereinfachen.

Wetter war nicht so gut… das Hotel dafür umso mehr!! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam! Sehr leckeres Frühstück!! Die Zimmer waren sauber. Der Pool wies am Anreisetag 23 Grad auf und war menschenleer…! Die Aussicht vom Pool ist atemberaubend!

Leider war der Pool geschlossen, da es tagelang regnete. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre noch ein zweites Kopfkissen zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Die Nähe zu Italien ist sehr praktisch und lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Der Markt in Luino hat seinen Reiz verloren. Viele Waren stammen aus China.

Wir waren mit Freunden im Brenscino für eine kleine Auszeit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die ganzen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr fein mit viel Abwechslung. Wir konnten unseren Freunden das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und wird gut gepflegt. Man merkt wie über die Jahre immer wieder einzelne Dinge renoviert oder erneuert werden. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern und dem Restaurant ist sehr schön. Das Essen und auch das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine gute Auswahl und es ist für jeden etwas dabei, auch Vegane, Laktosefreie und Glutenfreie Optionen werden angeboten. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, das die Sonnenstoren auf den Zimmern wohl nicht regelmässig geprüft werden. Als wir unsere herunterlassen wollten, sagen wir das diese schon grosse Risse hatten. Prompt riss Sie dann auch wirklich und konnte für den Rest des aufenhaltes weder hoch noch runter gelassen werden.
