Hatte ein shr schönes Zimmer, Junior Suite Süd. Polstergruppe, Sekretär, Balkon mit 2 Liegen und Tisch. Grosses Badezimmer schön und Zweckmässig mit grosser Dusche und Dusch WC. Des Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant mit guter Küche und schöner Weinkarte. War mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden.

Très bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement. Chambre spacieuse et très propre et un grand balcon avec magnifique vue sur la piscine et le lac. Personnel très sympa. Piscine intérieure et extérieure avec sauna et hammam. Me réjoui d’y retourner une prochaine fois.

Bel hôtel tout confort. Situation et installations exceptionnelles. Vue époustouflante sur le lac Majeur. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec un bon choix de produits. Le personnel est sympathique et chaleureux. Gros bémol pour un hôtel de ce standing, il n’y a pas de climatisation même si une climatisation d’appoint peut être obtenue sur demande.

Positiv: + toller Frühstücksservice mit verschiedenen Frühstückskombinationen zur Auswahl, die man beliebig kombinieren kann + Lage nicht direkt am See, aber nur ein Steinwurf vom See entfernt + gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge im Tessin (Ascona, Locarno, Verzascatal, Luino, etc.) und man ist auch gleich über die Grenze in Cannobio/Italien (mit netten Restaurants entlang der Seepromenade) Da hätte ich mehr erwartet für ein 4**** Hotel: - Herzlichkeit des Personals habe ich vermisst (ausser Christian beim Frühstück) - Hallenbad/Innenpool und Spabereich düster und ohne Tageslicht - Aussenpool eher klein, etwas "eingekesselt" und ohne Bick auf den See Schade: Bei starkem Regen schwillt der Bach neben dem Hotel stark an und es wird auch bei geschlossenen Balkontüren laut vom Rauschen des Baches (als würde die ganze Zeit die Klimaanlage laufen). Leider war das Hotel ausgebucht und wir konnten das Zimmer nicht wechseln.

Chaque année nous allons une dizaine de jours dans cet établissement. Proche du lac, avec piscine et chaises longues ombragées. Petits déjeuners excellents et différents des autres établissements (original), nous apprécions beaucoup nos vacances en famille. Le personnel est sympathique! Privilégiez un établissement suisse (pas une chaîne étrangère) et venez découvrir ce bel hôtel au Tessin.

Efficient and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every moment from our arrival to departure. The front desk staff were exceptional in the way they handled covid regulations. They translated, provided direction and advice and ensured our stay was just perfect.

Hôtel très bien situé et avec possibilité de se baigner au lac. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant et très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent avec un grand choix. Espace bien être très appréciable. Seul point négatif rapport qualité prix plutôt cher.

Très bel hôtel avec magnifique vue. Deux pas du lac. Bon restaurant avec ambiance piano magnifique. Très bons plats et petits déjeuners. Dommage point le parking jamais accessible. Surclassement apprécié car rapport qualité prix plutôt très cher.
