very rough. last night electric breakers kept going off, no water pipes where broken.

We walked in there was tiles falling off of the walls, a dresser that was no longer a dresser the top drawer was missing and you it was just completely broken inside! The tub had rust and mold and wouldn’t cut off the toilet bubbled…we turned on the bathroom light and the switch started sparking and burnt my hand then the light it’s self flickered and sparked so we couldn’t even use the bathroom light! The lamps were even broken leaning over! The owner threatened to knock our teeth out and cussed us like dogs for complaining about the safety concerns of the room and made us leave with no refund!

The room had some kind of sticky stuff on the floor beside one of the beds. Had no toilet paper either. Also had to pay a $50 deposit for non- smoking room, that I DID NOT GET BACK!

This property was so false advertising. The picture on your website shows a nice clean place. The truth is it was appalling. I did not stay there. I have not received my refund from you. I will contact BBC if I don’t get my refund.
