Not always so generous with my stars -- but, thanks to GM Par Excellence Kaynisha we had a great stay for our cousin's wedding! From check-in to check-out, Kaynisha (and her staff) made our experience seamless. Rooms were spanking clean and well-appointed; breakfast was not over until all who came were satisfied -- no breakfast straggler went without a meal. I had never before seen a breakfast buffet replenished at ”closing” time! Kaynisha is a ”local” and a source of great information; she pointed my husband and I to a great spot for manis/pedis (in fact, my French gel mani is still intact over 2 weeks later!) and for lobster rolls. Kaynisha has been at this property a long time and has direct experience in almost every aspect of the hotel's operation -- no wonder she knows just what to do and what guests appreciate. This was a great choice for family -- a good hotel value, kind and knowledgeable staff, good breakfast choices, a never-ending cup of coffee whenever you needed one and accessible to Newport proper. Try it out!

I only stayed for a single night. I found the room comfortable and quiet. At night, the window shade blocked all the outside light. Although I did not use the kitchen facilities, it looked functional and efficient. The room and the building were very clean and neat. The next time I need a room in this area, I will definitely pick this Extended Stay America.

The room is very historical, it is a different experience from staying in a new hotel, people who like it can try it.

Although hotel is undergoing renovations noise was kept to a minimum. Only one morning did we hear noise. Disappointed that pool undergoing major renovation so it was closed. Room was clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast foods and area kept very clean and fully stocked by the 2 breakfast servers we had met. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Hotel location ideal to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Safe area. Lots of parking available.

Not bad place, can live

The lobby is bright and the breakfast is very rich. In fact, breakfast is not included in the price. The room has a balcony and parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket around the hotel with an ATM and a Qing Tao Chinese food. Love Place, Politely and good service with satffs here, I will back to stay next time.
