Very clean hotel, staff were friendly. The bed sheets were very clean and smelling great.
Con: cold breakfast, people smoking to close to the entrance.
Overall would come back for a night stay.

We stayed just one night, but we were disappointed by the services offered on the hotel's website, which were nowhere near the truth. It was in the middle of high season. The pool was closed for renovations, the spa didn't exist, the rooms were mediocre with no chairs to sit on, and there was nothing near the facilities.

The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff truly made our stay special — everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. You can tell they care about their guests. The amenities were simple but thoughtful, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, great value for the price — clean, peaceful, and run by people who clearly take pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing place. Enjoyed my stay. Check out tge restaurant. Fish and chips are excellent! Rooms are clean and host was very polite and courteous. Recommend this as a stay over in Florenceville.
