Clean and have that expensive look and the price wow affordable, the rooms are beautiful and channels on TV accommodative to a sports fan like me. i enjoyed the place

Everything was good and well during our stay. Only issue was with our Neighbours who made noise at 3h30am when they came back from partying. On our arrival, there was no parking, which is something they should take note of when accepting bookings.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The bedding was clean, room was warm. The carpet was a little wet, seemed like it had been recently cleaned but that didn't bother me much. Water was hot and the staff was friendly and attended to my requests.

Copperwood lodge definitely not a 4. More like a 2. Room did not look bad but was not really clean. Dead bugs on the floor, no coffee,cups creamer of any kind. No ice bucket or ice. Had to go to attached bar which I did not like to get ice in a Walmart bag. Only good thing was Dusty was nice enough to change us to a different room when we got there that was worse than the second. If we hadn't had tickets to Picture in Scripture we might have looked elsewhere. Won't go back.

Love love every moment the food the staff love them. The welcoming, was exceptional staff very friendly, everything top notch the best vacation ever. You feel relaxed the room the pool i loved every moment

In terms of breakfast, no visitor is more important than the other. can it please be 1st come 1st serve, we seriously cannot be competing with visitors of the DOH. I cannot come early to breakfast then receive my breakfast after an hour to an hour 30 min. And when i request a doggy bag due to being late for work, i am denied.

I had a good experince, except the food ( breakfast) was not so satisfactory. You should look into putting more effort as is looked very bare minimum. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, the roms were properly taken care of and the ambiance is nice.

The hotel has limited parking and the entrance is at the hotel next door, which was very confusing. Google maps directs to the entrance from the station side through a taxi rank in a very dodgy side of town. Paint is pealing at the bottom of the length of the bedroom wall. There was no information regarding breakfast or facilities in the room. The buffet breakfast was cold. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were very comfortable and classy.

Everything in the hotel was great as there was no noise this time. Expect that at first I was cold in the room whereas the aircon was on but then later it was better. The staff is welcoming and the service is great.
